Issue 0000006: Audio is not working for S3 Mini has been updated just now.
We have to abandon open source audio drivers, because STE Ril needs STE libaudio to work (sic!). It’s a really bad thing ;/

Features:

Few days ago we began open source audio drivers for Novathor devices, which wouldn’t need working STE OMXes for normal audio work. It could be used on every device with Novathor (Golden, Ace2, Xperia series) with CM10/10.1.
Today we successfully ran it on Android OS – all sounds (WAV, MP3, FLAC etc.) are playing on main speaker. Also we’re able to change volume.
Sources will be provided to you as soon as work end.
We’ll also keep you informed.
Cheers
Macław

Hello guys, I’m proud to present our new project. We always wanted to have really useful, stable, fast and fluid recovery with nice GUI. We wanted it really much, so we decided to create something like this. It’s called MaclawRecovery.
But what’s the difference between CWM or TWRP and MaclawRecovery? MaclawRecovery is made from scratch without using ANY 3-rd party or Android source code. Every single line is wrote/will be written by us. We want to create stable recovery made specially for Maclaw-supported devices, that means every single feature will be coded specially for Gio/Ace/S3.
MaclawRecovery will be COMPLETLY open-source. Everybody can contribute to our project sending us pull-requests on GitHub, or everybody can fork it creating his own recovery supporting many other devices.
Now I want to talk about technical side of this project. This recovery will support touch as well as physical buttons, everybody can choose what’s the best way to use their recovery. It will also support beautiful full-color graphics. It will be made in C++, and we have to code every single thing, it’s like coding an operating system.
What’s the current state of project, you ask? It’s definitly too early to say anything about progress, but we already have working display and touch “drivers”. To prove my words, here is one of my favourite teddy bears helping me to hold my Galaxy Gio with very early build of MaclawRecovery running. You can also see my PC in background showing coordinates of touch (did you know that Galaxy Gio/Ace touchscreen supports touch strength?)
Cheers, Marcin
EDIT: I’d like to ask you guys, which color theme would you prefer?
- Blue
- Orange
